2. The inside of actuator adopts double-piston and gear rack design, with output shaft and pinion integrated.

3. The inside surface of cylinder is polished. The bearing shim (alcohol acetal shim) and piston’s guide ring enjoy very low friction and can absorb lateral thrust of piston.

4. O-shape butyronitrile sealing rings adopt permanent lubrication and need not to be oiled again in the condition of normal operation.

8. The housing of actuator goes through oxidation treatment and is attached with anti-erosion coating against weak acid, weak base, petroleum spirit, olefin and oil etc.. Its corrosion resistance meets ASTMB117-73 standard and ensures working time of 500 hours in salt mist environment.
